Super cute, ruffled polka dot Olivia Grey mini dress! It measures 37.5 inches from top of shoulder to the bottom of the dress. It has a tie belt that fit into the loops and a zipper in the back. It does run small... I typically wear a L and this is XL. For curvy ladies this will shorten the dress to a mini for you. It is polyester, but there isn't any give to the material.
