Polka Dot Ruffle Blouse - Size Small

This cute blouse is preowned but in excellent condition. I can find no flaws. It is 100% polyester, still has an extra button attached for the keyhole back closure. It is tagged a size 6, and based on the measurements would be a small. The measurements are 18” PTP and 23” shoulder to hem. I believe this is a dark navy blue and white polka dots.
