Polka Dot Open Back Dress

Charlotte Russe navy and white polka dot collared open back dress. Size S. Back straps criss cross near top. Lower back is open. It looks like a small opening in the photo because it’s hanging up but it’s a wide opening. Shirt type collar with buttons part of the way down front. Elastic waist. Measures approximately 32” long. Lining hangs a bit longer than dress. Very good condition, no flaws.
