Polka Dot Formal Bottom

White mermaid skirt with black polka dots. Zips up the back. This skirt has some stains mostly on the under lining but a few on the bottom hem. Price reflects the condition. I bought for a photo shoot about 6 years ago and never did it and now it would never fit. Not necessarily selling to be used for prom or a formal unless you don’t care.
