Polka Dot Dog Collar, Navy Blue/White (Medium)

NWOT. A navy blue collar with small white polka dots along with a silver stainless steel buckle and leash ring. Measures 3/4in wide with a length ranging from approx. 12.5in to 20.5in long. Was originally a personalized collar ordered on Etsy, but is the wrong size. Was able to remove the inked-on personalization of my dog's name and phone number from the buckle with a paint stripper, so now it's just a blank collar ready to be used by another.
