This orthoceras vase features a striking black and white stone design. It's natural beauty is perfect for adding an historical touch to your home decor; these fossils date back over 400 million years. Not many will own a vase older than this! Approximate measurements are 5-1/2" tall x 4" wide with the base opening about 1-1/2" in diameter. One of the fossils has a chip at the top of the cone. I've photographed it from multiple angels to give a good indication of the damage. Due to the busy-ness of this piece the chip doesn't detract from its beauty and isn't very noticable, if at all.
