theschittyoubuy @lulu413 Hi, yes it is spandex and very stretchy (like a pair of leggings). When I get home today I will post the max waist measurement.

theschittyoubuy @borregom1777 hi, unfortunately Poshmark recently switched to a slower USPS shipping method and it is 3 days to west Texas and 4 days to anywhere east of San Antonio (including Austin, Dallas, Houston). This would mean delivery on 10/31 or 11/1, depending where you live 😕
