speaksponiards @jmmstb I took a closer look: I can’t find any scratches on the body of the purse itself. The shoulder strap is a smooth leather though, so I found a 1-cm dent on the end of the strap where I’d adjust the length and a pinprick-sized scratch also along that same side of shoulder strap. I added two more photos to the listing to reflect this.

speaksponiards @jmmstb Yes, the order confirmation is sitting my Polène account and at least for the listing, I’m currently debating the best way to share that publicly without compromising my privacy or giving fraudsters (both buyers and sellers) the ability to falsify an online order confirmation.

speaksponiards @jmmstb For whoever ends up purchasing it though, I’d suspect I would give them a print-out of the order confirmation from my account with the order number for them to verify its legitimacy or send an email with my customer CC-ed to have Polène CS validate. It’ll come with its dust bag, but not with its storage box.

hsallee Hi, would you say that the cognac color of this bag is a true cognac color? It looks kind of dark in some of the pics. I don’t know if you’re familiar with Madewell bags, but I’m looking for a cognac shade that is similar to theirs. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated. Thanks!
