akristi3 @kymmievu Oh yes, I saw the receipt, thank you! I believe the order number might be listed on the upper right hand corner of the receipt possibly. In my view, that part of the receipt is cut off. I only ask because Polène requires that number if you need a repair or a replacement strap for your bag in the future.
