@luisaggaskell - Hi! So, like belts there is that extra loop for the end of the belt to go through, that little part is called a “keeper.” I didn’t know the proper name until I learned how to saddle a horse. 😆 However, I found the keeper and had the battery changed so it’s working properly. 😊🌷
