Poker Chip Set with Case

Texas Hold ‘em set with red, green, and blue chips. Includes two decks of cards still in wrappers. Comes in a sturdy silver case. Chips have some weird film on them but I’m not sure if it’s from use or just sitting in storage. Chips are sturdy and good condition other than that. It might be able to be cleaned off.
