Pokemon Birthday Banner

Made for me locally. Has a layered look with the letters popping out. Please let me know if you'd like "Charlie" to ship, or I can send without. There are no Pokemon figures on the Charlie, there is also a bit of a pealing on the e for Charlie, other letters look good. This is for the banners only, the popup decorations are not included.
