Pointelle ruffle black sleeveless lightweight Coquette tank sz L 90s classic VTG

The CUTEST ruffle sleeveless tank that is not really a sweater but also not a tshirt. I took pictures so you can see the pattern throughout the top. Would look great tucked into a skirt or shorts.
