Are they new without tag? Are the a package or would you separate?

@32905ir no they have been used and modified to my liking. They used to have a snap strap that went from the top to the bottom of the card slots. What a hassle, so I took it off. They are being sold together. Thanks for your interest :)

@32905ir also I just dropped the price almost in have recently. New, which the red one is basically, is almost double what both are priced.
