Plus-Size Red Pleated Women's Skirt with Side Zip and Elastic Back

Originally purchased for a Velma (Scooby Doo) costume. Worn once. Polyester knit with a slight sheen. Waist measured flat is 19” unstretched, but rear waistband includes a small section of elastic that can add about 2.5 inches to the total circumference. Length is about 17”.
