anthem702 @bridgemill 1x is approximately 21 1/2 inches armpit to armpit. But remember the fabric is ruched on front and stretchy Ox approx 20 inches. The one x is 21 inches sorry bought that. The 2x is 21 1/2 The 3x is is 23 inches these are all armpit to armpit
