Plus size Bella Divine prom dress! XXXL

Worn once, size XXXL. Will fit someone with a 42-44 inch waist BEST and someone with D’s, DD’s, or even a little bigger! I am asking for $250 but will negotiate. Shifts from teal, light blue, dark blue, and sometimes a royal purple! It has pockets! I have hand sewn the little clip like things on the back piece so they are much stronger and will hold throughout prom!
