Plus size 4X western style dress with scorpion design -fits more like 2X BNWT

Brand new dress, super cute western style, but runs smaller than listed, in my opinion. Marked size 4X. Would probably better fit a USA 2X. Never worn, brand new in package. These are too difficult to return so I need to list them and try to get some of the money I spent back. My loss could be your gain! Please note the dress is as pictured in the first picture.
