This is 3 pieces Wizard of Oz Costume. It includes a blue and white gingham 2 piece dress. A red haired braided wig with new wig cap and A purse that looks like a basket with toto (The bag can be held by the handles or comes aith a shoulder strap). Main body of the dress: 100% polyester, Blouse: 98% polyester 2% cotton gingham and broadcloth White blouse has gingham trim on collar and sleeve cuffs, hook and loop closure at back Gingham dress has fitted waist with back zipper Shoulder straps anchored with buttons at waistline Measurements for the dress Chest 46 1/2" Sleeve Circumference 13" Waist 37 1/2" Skirt Length (at center front) 31" All pieces are sold together Apologies for the wrinkles, my steamer broke but will be steamed before being sent out.
