Plus Size Vintage Sky Blue Dress

Bought this beauty from a cool vintage store but it’s been chillin in my closet since purchase. The sleeves pulled me in, love the buttons and peek-a-boo holes. A tiny snag on the front buttons (see picture). There is no tag with a size but I’m a 18-20 and would say this could fit up to a size 22. Please let me know if you would like measurements. I’m 5’7 and this hit me right above the knees.
