Beautiful blue plus size Tunic/dress Long sleeve embroidered dress with bush fringe detailing. Can be worn on or off shoulder. New with tags. Blue Tunic, Blue Dress, embroidered dress, fringe dress, plus size tunic, plus size dress, Armpit to armpit is 22" laying flat Waist 23" laying flat The waist and hip would be about the same as the straight cut down from the armpits The shoulder seam to the frontal hem length is: 28" then the fray is an additional 1 - 1.5" This is for the size 1 XL (Sold out of 2XL) Have 3XL if you need measurements let me know.
