Plus Size Torrid Surplice Peplum Blouse Size 3

This is in like new condition. It is actually more beautiful than the pictures show. Vivid rose pattern with bright red and deep reds and it’s V-Neck is a faux wrap design. The tag says 3 and I’m very much a 3x or a 24 with a 44DDD bust. While normally Torrid 3 fits me well, this did not. With a peplum top I like the elastic to sit at my waist or right under my bust against my body this didn’t. I think it’s a normal size 3 but the cut is not going to work for DD or DDD.
