I have a 42 1/2" bust, 46" hips, and a belly so I don't like anything real tight in the middle or around my hips. Which size do you suggest?

I am right in between a 1X and 2X depending on the fabric. I LOVE my clothes to fit loosely so they flow. If I got a 3x, would that just swallow me? Large bust, DDD-E. I know that can make a difference too! Thanks!
