Plum Velvet Ruffle-Edged Skirt (Steampunk basic!)

Beautiful, rich plum velvet ruffled skirt! Hits just at the knee. I have this in black and blue and it lends itself well to Steampunk styling. I wear this one the least although I love this color. It was very hard to catch the actual shade with my camera, not sure why. But the last pic is the same skirt as the 1st 3 pics, just wanted to show how it hangs. Offers always considered! Machine wash cold, dry flat.
