Plenty by Tracy Reese Midi Tribal Surplice Knit Dress in Red & White - Medium. Great pre-owned condition. It looks like there may have been belt loops that were cut off, shown in pic. Doesn't make sense because it's below the empire waist line but I wanted to mention it. I've not seen belts on any of the other dresses like this. Casual and comfy, surplice bodice, elastic waist, short sleeves, viscose and cotton blend. Approximate measurements: 19" bust, 14" elastic waist, 39 1/2" length. B37-2810
