The fiber consists of 100% Cotton. This is a size large, which I have it on my plussize (Size 16) and size 8 dress forms. The measurements of my size 16 dress form is as follows: BUST: 44 inches, WAIST: 35 inches, and HIPS: 45 inches with the actual LENGTH of the dress is 59 inches from top of shoulders.
