Pleated Ruffles Short-sleeve Cardi

Vivid coral colour.. Can be worn buttoned up as a shirt or as a cardigan. Floaty tee sleeves are made of the same material as the ruffles. Unlike other ruffled garments, these are flat pleated, so there's no additional / unflattering volume which is fantastic (I always feel like a puffed up pigeon in most ruffle-chested things...not this!!!)
