Pleated Navy Sundress

This dress is a deep navy polyester with small floral pattern of white, light blue and rust orange flowers. Full pleats make for a lovely swish as you walk. Marked a size small. I bought this at a boutique in the early 2000s. I haven’t worn it in ages and was very gently used! It deserves a good home.
