Pleated Midi Skirt in Cobalt from Ashely Blue

Ashley Blue brand pleated skirt with raw hem. Width 13", Length 31". Purchased from Burlington. Super cute and classy, not see-through at all! Gently used, no stains. the smallest pilling or snag in one spot (see photo, it's not noticeable). I loved this skirt, but it doesn't fit me anymore!
