cityfeathers @butterflylvr Thank you! Also I didn’t mind being a 14 a few years ago. Still dressed cute. Felt confident. but it made travel trips to places line dc and Chicago so depressing. And gawd don’t let there be no elevators. And whoo. Several times there wasn’t one. It was one heck of wake up call. I couldn’t keep up and my heart needed a break . Fast forward i watched two seasons of the flash. Every time he ran, I ran! 😂

butterflylvr @cityfeathers My thing is I have lots of cute stuff but the fashion that I REALLY love doesn’t look the same at my current weight even if it’s my size. Things just don’t “fall” right. I actually have a heart condition and my Dr is stern about me losing weight for my health 👀 It’s a challenge but I’m doing it! Slow and steady wins the race and all that 😊 Thanks for your encouragement hun! 🤗

cityfeathers @butterflylvr yesssss! There was that too. I always felt like I was playing the conceal and tuck game. Even now, there still some areas I side eye but I’ve mostly made my peace with it. I’m just happy I can walk from ground floor to the very top without having to pretend I’m not going into cardiac arrest. 😳

I created a Dream Journal and daily put affirmations, goals and pictures of what I’m trying to manifest in there. It’s awesome and it works.
