I do my best to ensure that every customer gets their package in a timely manner. I also am always available to answer questions, post measurements and do whatever needs to be done to ensure you are happy with your purchase. I try to describe each item in detail but there is only so much I can do. Then it is your decision to purchase, Your rating is based upon my ability to do those things, NOT whether the item fit or you didn’t like it. It is a gamble, unfortunately, that is why I say please ask questions. I am a perfectionist so your rating is a reflection of my service and I always try to provide top tier service. Ask questions! If you feel the item will not be of your liking, do not purchase it and leave a less than 5 star rating based upon your dislike. I believe that is fair. I want you to be happy. I want to be given the rating I deserve. 😊
