kathompson14 @bbbabe3715 We use Xfiniti Mobile Unlimited / it’s $84 for two phones, $42 for one phone. I live in Washington (the state) and it piggy backs onto Verizon towers. We have used this for two years, after leaving Verizon. We have traveled all over the country, and haven’t had any problems..!! We’re quite pleased with them.

Will call them w other questions- use a jetpack for internet as we don't stream/game/ have a smart TV. so Internet is very affordable.Also a Voice over Internet land line, orig home phone # want to keep as our # of record for personal business. These cost about $25 each plus usual taxes & fees. Hoping a new carrier will be as affordable or that we can leave the 2 additional services with Verizon @ same$.

kathompson14 @bbbabe3715 I was going to tell you, we don’t do any gaming… we have done some streaming, and used our cells as a hot spot, while traveling… The internet is fairly inexpensive, and we have a mid line package.. I don’t know what the individual cost is, because our cable is also included, and my opinion that’s hideously expensive….😳

berlinshop18 @nosilla61 hi, when you have signed in you go up in the list to @fancymsnancy , she is usually the first one to sign up for the day, then you go down the list and share 10 jewelry items of each closet that signed up that day, they all say 'signing in for...day or date' when all are shared, you sign out by saying all shared. everyone else is doing the same, only the named jewel or gem of the day gets shared but doesn't have to share back on that day. 👍

berlinshop18 @nosilla61 also to get to the jewelry, you go to the funnel in the upper right corner of each closet then go to category, then to jewelry, then all the jewelry listing comes up and you can start sharing to your followers... today was a posh party for jewelry and a lot of sharers shared to that party instead to their followers.. ask questions if it's still unclear.

lucianadigi What I did was use “old stock” that hasn’t sold, items I had multiples of. I do feel like shoppers on lives are looking for low prices, at least now. As things sold for as low as it, I was sad an nervous. But after the show I saw I had made 320 dollars….so it’s a give and take. Make the sales now at a lower price or wait and possible not sell for regular price. I suggest doing old items or items that don’t get as much traction, so you don’t feel the loss as much. Hope that helps my love❤️💗❤️💗❤️

lucianadigi @lulusfringe your application does not go through unless you schedule the training day. When I fist did the application there were no dates…but data open daily. So I left the application open on my tab, and waiting 2 days and tried again and was lucky to find a day. Once you do the training, they give you a QR code to schedule a day. I think every training they try and release new dates… so you gotta be quick lol.

lucianadigi @lulusfringe After you schedule you must complete the scheduled show. If you cancel you forfeit your beta testing…if you complete you can then do any show whenever you want afterwards. So if you really want to do it, keep trying

lulusfringe @ladyjeta not sure if you read my comment earlier a few days back where I gave a tip to everyone but it was helpful for me and I thought I’d share it in our discussion board. If you open the share games and add it to a bundle you’ll always be able to find it real easy by going to your “My Bundles” section and clicking that open will show you your bundled items and it’s super easy to find. I do that with ALL of my share groups now 💕💕💕

lulusfringe @ladyjeta @ladyjeta ooh I think the way I do it is to go to “My Bundles” under where it shows “My Purchases” And “My Sales …”should be .. then under My Bundles it has two tabs at the top one says “Shop” and the other says “Sell” The one that says “Shop” is where I find all my saved share games or whatever I’m saving. If I go to the top of my closet where my “ABOUT ME” is, there’s a “Bundle” option too, I think it’s under “News” or something near “Comments” but that’s not the one I use.

lulusfringe @ladyjeta it’s awful! I used to not mind handing out change to those panhandling until one day one yelled at me “what’s this you cheapskate!”?? Give me $5!!! I was appalled! From then on all I have done is give food if they’re nearby at fast food restaurant or I help at food banks! These guys collect money by the thousands sometimes in an 8 hour timeframe- I actually talked with one once and he said we take turns on busy corners

I give to near by charity. plus, they have police at the entrance to a couple of stores here. because of that there always is someone running out of the stores with hand full with stuff there stealing 🙄

The police can’t do anything of someone is caught stealing all they can do is writes ticket if they’re caught with 900$ or less in merch!!! lulusfringe @fancymsnancy Just super glad you’re okay 💜🙏 your local pd has a f b page probably and they might have posted something there ours does here- or if you have the Ring doorbell and get notification from neighbors you might see someone mention that they know what happened. Also, there’s an App called “nextdoor” and they post a lot about happening things like that under General or sometimes another category. 💜💕

myfurryfamily Geez I just read all this. Hope you r feeling safer now! We are living in scarier times (or I’m just feeling more vulnerable cause I’m older?). I work in drug infested, lots of homeless moving their stuff around sleeping next to Walmart, very “off” young people coming into our store strung out, wanting food or a bathroom or a phone but they have cigarettes & tons of tattoos. If scared I call 911 or send them to Social Services.

Have also heard from a Posher who's entire account was suspended for 48 hours, she said it was due to exceeding 5# weight limit w/o using upgraded label. I'd been told prior that a few ounces over, the post office didn't fuss over, but late this summer I got 2 messages from Posh

bbbabe3715 @fancymsnancy that I'd exceeded 5# by a few ounces on 2 bundles (I don't have an exact scale), so know PO is being more watchful & letting commercial shipper know of "infraction" Remember PO went up on shipping midOct till after year end to capture more revenue over holidays (maybe add seasonal workers so cover costs). Posh negotiated NO rate increase for us! but just the increase in fuel price has added pressure- likely why PO increased oversight of package weights

bbbabe3715 Poshmark appears to have declined to KMart shoppers' world since the inception of LIVE shows. I know many long term QUALITY, 5 STAR sellers who've virtually quit or are about to do so. Our Feed is full of notifications of Shows, occupying precious time, distracting you with their notifications from the notifications that are important to you as a seller. I've tried logging into a few to try learning how they operate: they were loud, obnoxious, unresponsive to comments/questions. Too bad. Sorry!

Others who have invested a lot of money in individual Designer items that are Rare to come by cannot afford go go the route that rewards low ballers. Love this group and have made some friends here. Whatever you decide, I will support you. One suggestion was start up again in the fall-thought that was a good idea. Auctions have become a “time suck” and I’m starting to avoid them. Lose my shirt when I participate in those. Prefer sharing more.

berlinshop18 @fancymsnancy I totally agree, in the couple of years I had 2 complaints, and got my right. My points of advice ( as we all probably know): definitely show every little flaw, try to do as many photos as possible and provide a very detailed description of your items. (I’m always suspicious of photos, where corners of bags are cut off, shoe heels are not shown from the back, and measurements are not given appropriately.)

A lot of users were complaining that the extra costs for buyers protection in addition to the shipping fee will keep a lot of people from buying. So it probably will have to end up that the seller will give bigger shipping discount.

dosqueen67 Sales remain slow as they have been since July. Change in prices hasn't improved anything. I refuse to do live shows as I just don't have the time but feel that this has made my Poshmark sales go down since they started emphasizing live shows. Posh already gets enough money from the sellers and now the buyers, I'm not going to help them with their bottom line when mine is struggling. Hope that makes sense.

ameryjs I learned that as of September 2021 Swarovski "Discontinued" *ALL* of their Crystal beads. They didn't really "Discontinue" Them, but they did discontinue the sale of them to the general public, and now only manufacture them for large companies/designers etc (Disney for example)

ameryjs This means that fairly soon, as individual sellers, and bead stores etc dwindle the inventory they do still have. No one will be able to buy them anymore, and "Swarovski crystal" will only be found in "High end" pieces that usually come with a hefty price tag.

ameryjs I am mentioning this because again ...I have a feeling that not many people (Buyers and sellers) may be aware of this. 3 years have already passed since this discontinuation....becoming rarer and rare with less and less availability. So, If you suspect something you have might be made with Swarovski beads- Try to see if you can confirm a match before you decide what you're willing to sell for 😉

ameryjs @fancymsnancy Exactly 😂 there's a lot of Bracelets floating around made with Swarovski beads-priced around $8, but people don't realize that even now (let alone imagine another year or 2 from now) it will cost a jewelry maker significantly more than $8 just to buy less than a handful of Swarovski beads.
