It is frustrating sometimes, when you take the time to package your items, for some people to be rude, and give you a low rating, for something that doesn’t not fit, or the box has been damaged in transit. If you think something is not going to fit, please look else where. It is unfair to base your rating on something that does not fit, because everyone has different body types. krede715 I can relate. I had someone give me a 4 because something was too small and another person give me a 3 because she said that she thought the pocketbook was black and not grey. She said that it was nice though and she kept it but gave me a 3 It’s really not fair. I hope that lots of people read this and think about their rating !

anmalone84 @krede715 I hear you! I got a 1 for a pair of boots; because the box got damaged 🤷🏻‍♀️ then she took it off, a few weeks later.

krede715 @anmalone84 I tried to contact Poshmark about having the ratings removed but they never did anything about it. I went from a 5 to a 4.9 because of those. If something’s too small then you can resell it

tracyfloyd64 I know exactly where you are coming from. I had a girl give me 2 stars because she said she found the item on amazon cheaper. The scarf was in perfect condition. I blocked her. I had another person give me 3 stars because he thought the backpack was bigger, even the description stated the size of the bag. I emailed Poshmark, but they said they can do nothing about feedback left by others. They should be able to remove it if it is frivolous.

leslieann73 This is so true!! Rushing to get it wrapped pretty & mailing out same or next day, is so frustrating & rude!! Every buyer on Posh needs to read this!!

anmalone84 @supermom23112 I had a 1 star and no comments; on a brand new as advertised top. What kills me is there is no recourse for the seller. The 3 times this has happened to me; I email posh and let them know it is very one sided.

poshcandyshop Oh wow I definitely feel your frustration. We take our time to wrap their orders nicely and even ship them out quickly, sometimes with a free gift, only for them to not accept their order when they receive it. So we have to wait 3 days plus another 2 for the bank transfer.
