ritarobinson45 Sorry I've been quiet. A lot has gone on. My father has been very ill and in the hospital. I have a question; if I sell on here, do I have to report it for taxes? Or do I have to make a certain amount before I can report it for taxes? Thanks!

ritarobinson45 @debbyjill lol sounds like the life! Lucky you! I haven’t been on a trip since 2003! Lol! I really would like to visit FL again. I’m all about the warm weather. It’s been very humid here. What grade do you teach? I use to work in the school systems too! You guys go back early! The county I live in goes back in September after the holiday.

debbyjill @katiebug8424 Sometimes it means they don’t understand what a “bundle” is. You can do any of these things: 1. Send a message saying ‘I see you put something in a bundle! Add another item for a discount (or discounted shipping)! — then YOU as the seller sends them an offer. 2. You can just make an offer - even just $1.50 off the shipping. When something is in a bundle, you have more options for what the discount might be. 3. Ignore it. It may have been a mistake or they might be deciding.

ritarobinson45 @debbyjill aww thank you! The cough and pressure from my sinuses kept me up till like 4am. My dog gets nervous when I cough a lot so I kept him up too lol! I’m sure there will be a lot of germs when you go back to teaching lol!! 💕😘❤️

ritarobinson45 @debbyjill ok quick question...if I use one of those priority mail shipping box, will I have to pay for the box? I noticed that there are prices on the boxes at the post office. I know Poshmark pays shipping fees, but does that include the box? Hope you’re having a good night! Thank you for being there for me to help! I think I’ve had 4 or 5 sales now! ❤️💕

debbyjill @katiebug8424 The flat rate boxes are free and you don’t have to pay the price that the post office displays on them because that’s the shipping if you are not going through Poshmark. I had a long talk with the guy at the post office about it. Poshmark must have a deal with USPS to just charge $6.49 per package so long as it’s under 5 pounds.

ritarobinson45 @debbyjill I had to decline an offer. Some people just don’t want to pay much lol. I wanted the sale but the offer price was wayyyy too low lol. Have you run into this? So yes, the post office said all priority boxes small/medium/large are free lol even though there is a “price” listed. Lol wish I knew that in the past! 😂. Are you back to work now? 💕❤️💕

ritarobinson45 @debbyjill oh no! 😕. Hope you have a good group of students this year! How many in the class? Ok so the people @ my local post office are odd. They told me to use certain boxes, so I grabbed a bunch yesterday & packed up 2 boxes all ready to go, then today they tell me it’s the “wrong box”. I was like what?! Lol so I had to repackage the boxes. They told me they don’t put those boxes out & to order the boxes online for free. I was like 👎. Does your post office carry the boxes? I’m just curious!

debbyjill @katiebug8424 Yes, my post office lets me take the flat rate boxes for free. I have also ordered free boxes from the USPS.com website. Either way, I’ve had no problems with the free boxes. I wrap blouses in pretty tissue paper with ribbon or cute stickers. I have purchased purple shipping bags from Amazon for cheap to ship these tissue paper wrapped clothes.

ritarobinson45 @debbyjill part 2: Such a good idea! I just packaged it in a gold tie gift bag with Chanel tissue paper. Lol. I only had Chanel tissue paper left over from the soap I bought lol. I’ve been including a hand written “thank you” card with each item. 😀. Thank you always for the quick advice! How was the first day back to work? 😂❤️💕
