This one is darling. It’s Scott, pleading, pom-poms, Shipibo style waistband. It’s one of my favorites that I picked up. This is a handmade skirt and has interesting stitching in some areas but nicely made it does have some hand or surge stitching in some areas. The skirt measures approximately Length 12 inches Waste 38 inches itself with 17 inches of tie on each end extra.
