Playboy Car Accessory

I've never used this but when purchased this a century ago I was told this was used to velcro to your dash on your vehicle to hold your lighter or if you dont smoke maybe toothpicks? I used to collect Playboy items so I bought it an kept it in a curio cabinet. it has velcro on the back. Use it how you want. Feel free to ask questions. Thanks for looking.
