An exceptional Art Deco brooch with diamonds. Beautiful piece from the American art deco period, circa 1930. I was carefully crafted with impeccable attention to details in solid .900/,999 platinum and .100/.999 iridium. This brooch can be converted into two dress clips, to wear separately and is suited at the reverse, with a double pair of hinged vertical pins and a safety chain to with a lock to attach to the fabric for extra safety. The entire surface is mounted in full, with 206 gradated European cuts of natural diamonds, All gemstones are calibrated with a total combined weight of 16.12 carats, are white colorless E/F/G color and VS clarity. The specific diamonds sizes, weights and cuts are described as follow; 140 larger round cuts (average .05-.20), 12.47 carats. 60 minor round cuts (average .05) 3.05 carats. 6 caliber French rectangular steps cuts, 0.60 carats It is pretty heavy and large, with a weight of 36.95 grams and a total combined measures of 65 mm by 57 mm (2.56 x 2.25 inches). Collateral: They are accompanied by a presentation jewelry box. Condition: The overall condition of this brooch is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold.
