Platform heels. Charlotte Russe. Color is beige with lots of black lace size 10

No scuffs like new on outside I had an insole inside the bottom of shoe when I took it off it took some of the original sole . Still super comfortable and didn’t take any of the foam inside. Everything else is in great condition. I have all pictures to represent what is defective No box
