tammy1369 @misslaura1969 I did not change my mind on it. I kept checking the tracking number on the website and all it would tell me is USPS had not received the package to scan, it also said manual transit

misslaura1969 @tammy1369 i spoke to me carrier- he said that this package was returned by someone in my area who found it and turned it in at the local post office - the “refused” language has to do with the post office refusal to scan it in- they cannot ship it unless The sender drops it off- if anyone else drops it off - they cannot confirm that the sender “wishes to send it” .. or “still wishes to send it” so they return to sender - smh
