New with partial Macy's reticket tag. Planet Gold grey plaid jumper style dress/skirt. One issue is the hook and eye. It keeps the zipper from going to the top. See the picture and video. If the hook and eye is removed it would zip all the way up. No other issues found. Side zipper. Adjustable shoulder straps. Color is a dark grey and white, but almost looks like black and white.
