Plaid Pleated Belt overskirt

Pre Loved: Popular skirt a few years back, i think mid 2010s due to K-Pop. Open skirt belt can be worn over shorts or leggings. I can't remember what website I bought this from as the skirt has no tag and is supposed to be one size but I'd say its more of a small/medium. (Did not include shorts or belt as stock picture is the closest I could find to skirt for listing) Included in the pictures are leggings for reference. Can include them with skirt as they no longer fit me. Skirt size: S/M Legging size: XS
