Plaid Newsboy Hat with Buckle, Made in Canada 🍁

Brown and black plaid hat with buckle and velvety black accents, excellent condition. Newsies vibes, vintage style. It’s a cute hat, but I have only worn it once or twice; so listing it for someone who’d put it to use more. There is no size given, but it fits (very) small: approximately 21.5” head circumference No material given on the tag, but care is dry clean only. My guess is that it might be wool or a wool blend.
