Simple blue plaid tunic with a high-low hem line, asymmetrical bottom ruffle and shell button details
Made by a local (to me) dress maker and artist who is known for asymmetry, whimsy and high quality materials. She doesn't note sizes on her garments, but this fits an approx. size Medium-Large, with a loose body and 18" across shoulders, 22" across chest, and 32" long.
