The bottom is a little longer in length than in front (SEE MEASUREMENTS). This buttons most of the way down but closed at bottom. Belt loop on each side, originally had a belt with it, no belt included. PLUS SIZE 3X. 92% Polyester/8% Spandex. Machine Wash/Tumble Dry. Made in China CONDITION--This is in VERY GOOD Condition.
