It is not ‘broken in or seasoned good’ yet. Needs to be used more. No chips or cracks. I already have two and don’t need this one. Ideal for Pizza, Calzones, Flatbreads or Cookies. This Stone produces a Crispy crust by heating evenly and absorbing moisture. Oven safe to 400 degrees. Brick oven style crust. Stone is designed for homemade baking Hand washing is recommended.
