Gorgeous Pisarro Nights navy evening gown has a unique cold shoulder design and stunning beadwork. It is a size 8 but can actually fit up to a 10-12. The sleeves are sheer with beading. This dress is super flattering and very forgiving. I really love it, but I found another gown that will be a bit better suited for an upcoming event.
