Piphany: Julian Maxi Skirt - Houndstooth

“Julian” style maxi skirt from Piphany. This has a black and white houndstooth plaid pattern. The waistband is about 5” wide and the skirt has an A-line to offer some flow at the bottom. There is moderate stretch to the material. Can be dressed down for casual wear, or dressed up and worn to work. Brand new with tags. No known issues.
