Piper by Townsen Off the Shoulder Top, sz small

This is a super cute off shoulder top. Pair with white jeans or cutoff denim shorts. There are 3 minor spots on the shirt (please see photos). This is not a fitted top and is rather boxy from the bust to hem. Measures 12 inches at neckline (very stretchy and will expand), 18 inches from neck to hem, 8 inches at shoulders.
