Pinky Black Lace Dress, Tank Dress, Gold Underlay and Crinoline, Small

Pinky black lace dress with gold/cream underlay. It has a small piece of crinoline on the end of the underlay. The dress is a tank style with belt at the waist. The black velvet belt is elastic and cinches the waist as well as sides as a belt. The dress measures 15 inches from pit to pit, the waist is 28 inches and the dress is 24 inches long. There is approximately 2 inches of netting at the bottom of the dress that shows under the skirt.
