Cottage core dress with neuflora vibes. Beautiful fabric. Hard to read tag. Feels like rayon. I’ve altered the shoulders to not have such a wide neckline so I could wear a regular bra with it (shown in last pictures). The stitches could be taken out. Some smocking loose so priced accordingly. If I knew how to fix the smocking I would keep because I love the fabric. Tag says Vanilla Bay but this is a Pinkblush dress
